“Add our logo” leaves several decisions open. A mark on the packaging may disappear as soon as the item is unpacked. A mark on the product may be covered by a phone, a cup or the objects the accessory is meant to hold.

For a branded furniture-accessory program, define both the mark and the moment when people should see it.
Separate the product mark from the box
Use two entries: branding on the physical item and graphics on its packaging. Agree each separately, even when both use the same artwork. A signed-off box layout does not approve the logo on a curved or recessed bamboo surface.
The Round Bamboo Coaster Set offers logo and packaging review. The Desktop Organizer Stand describes project-reviewed marking and branded packaging. Neither should be ordered with “branded” as the entire instruction.
Choose the viewing condition
Decide whether the logo should be visible while the item is in use, while it is empty or when someone turns it over. These are different placements, not grades of quality.
For the Curved Bamboo Desktop Organizer, branding methods such as laser marking, a metal badge, a printed label or packaging branding are subject to review. A broad side profile may be a placement candidate, but its suitability depends on the final shape, artwork and chosen method. A front compartment may hide a mark once it contains stationery.
Attach artwork to a physical location
| Branding decision | Information to retain | What to approve |
|---|---|---|
| Artwork identity | Final supplied file and revision | The correct logo, wording and proportions |
| Product location | Named surface and reference edges | Exact position on the selected product version |
| Marking method | Proposed process, size and appearance | A physical result on the agreed material and finish |
| Intended visibility | Empty, loaded, in use or underside view | The mark is visible in the chosen condition |
| Packaging graphics | Separate layout and product reference | Box or sleeve artwork independently of the product mark |
Provide final artwork that the project is authorized to use. Do not ask the supplier to recreate a small logo from a screenshot and treat the result as approved. Include clear instructions for multiple brand versions or market-specific wording.
Review the mark on the selected finish
Laser marking, printing and an attached badge do not produce the same visual result. Grain, surface tone, curvature and compartment edges can affect the appearance. Agree the actual sample route instead of assuming a flat digital mock-up establishes contrast or durability.
If a mark is applied before or after a coating step, ask how the proposed sequence will be handled. Any claim about wear resistance or cleaning compatibility needs suitable evidence for that finished combination, not just for the unmarked base product.
Keep branding approval distinct from production approval
Record the approved artwork, location, method and sample together. Changing the accessory's width or compartment layout should trigger a review of logo placement rather than automatically carrying over the old coordinates.
For a private-label accessory inquiry, send the selected product, artwork, intended viewing condition and packaging direction. Final marking feasibility, bamboo material build, finish and supply details remain subject to project review; a logo option is not a promise that every process fits every surface.
