A client can watch a slideshow from a lounge chair and still have nowhere comfortable to open an album. Those are two different moments in a portrait ordering appointment. Choose photography-studio viewing furniture around the move from looking at a screen to handling the physical product.

Measure the album open, with its box nearby
Take the largest album format you normally present and open it as the supplier intends. Record the full spread, the box or sleeve, and where hands go while turning pages. If clients compare two formats, test that pair rather than doubling the closed cover size on paper.
Keep drinks and personal bags out of this trial surface. Decide where the next sample waits while the current one is open. Without that landing place, the photographer may end up balancing a second album or repeatedly walking behind the seated client.
| Stage | Surface needed | Observation to record |
|---|---|---|
| Introduction | Closed album, box and material samples | Can clients see each option without stacking them? |
| Page viewing | Full open spread and hand space | Is the book supported without leaning on its edge? |
| Comparison | Current album plus next sample | Where does the first sample go? |
| Decision and reset | Chosen reference kept identifiable | Can staff restore the display without mixing selections? |
Choose a seat that works for both moments
The upholstered bamboo lounge chair has an open frame and inclined back as a design direction. Try the proposed chair with the actual sample table. A position comfortable for a screen may require a different table relationship when clients look down and turn pages.
Have both clients try the proposed arrangement, including the person farther from the album. Check whether one must hold the book on a lap or twist for the whole review. If hands-on selection is awkward from the lounge layout, use a separate review surface instead of insisting that one coffee table does everything. This is a furniture-use trial, not a promise of ergonomic suitability.
Plan the sample table and its storage together
The bamboo open-shelf coffee table offers a low surface and storage below. Its final dimensions and loading are project-reviewed. Check the open spread on top and the boxed sample below independently; an album that fits the shelf may be difficult to remove while someone is seated in front of it.
SunnyMelon’s studio tour describes physical art displays and a client viewing area in that photographer’s own space. It is useful context for handling samples, not evidence that this furniture raises sales or that the studio uses Green Bamboo Space products. Avoid copying equipment or child-safety claims from another room into your own brief.
Keep display stock separate from client orders
A two-drawer bamboo sideboard can be discussed for sample sleeves and small presentation materials. Client orders need their own identified storage and handling arrangements. Ordinary furniture does not establish archival conditions or secure storage.
Send album closed and open dimensions, boxed sizes, sample quantities, intended seating and a room plan when you request viewing-area furniture. Include a photo of one complete sample review and note whether clients switch to a second surface. For the wider lounge arrangement, see coordinating lounge sofas and chairs. The furniture should support the appointment you run, not just the promotional photo of an empty studio.
