Custom Bamboo Display & Storage System
A wall-spanning engineered bamboo composition that combines open display, concealed storage and a sculptural circular focal detail.
A FUNCTIONAL ARCHITECTURAL FEATURE
Arc Bamboo Living Wall is a custom residential storage and display project designed as part furniture, part architectural feature. A rhythm of slim vertical frames, open shelving and enclosed storage creates a light visual structure, while the central circular element gives the composition a distinctive identity.
The system balances display space for books and objects with drawers and lattice-front cabinets for everyday storage, all coordinated in a warm engineered bamboo finish.
The living room needed substantial storage without the visual weight of a conventional full-wall cabinet. The solution also had to provide open display areas, concealed compartments and a strong design feature that could anchor the room.
We developed a modular bamboo wall system with generous open bays, integrated drawers and lattice-front cabinets. The circular center frame introduces a soft geometric contrast to the linear structure and creates a memorable focal point.
FORM, STORAGE & CRAFT
A large circular frame softens the grid and gives the wall system a recognizable architectural signature.
Slatted doors add depth and texture while providing discreet enclosed storage within the open composition.
Drawers, display niches and lower shelves are positioned for convenient access and a balanced visual rhythm.
THE PROJECT IN DETAIL
MATERIAL LANGUAGE
Engineered bamboo gives the system a warm, refined appearance with the consistency needed for repeated frames, clean edges and coordinated cabinetry. Proportion, grain direction, hardware and finish can be customized to suit the interior concept.
