MEETING & CONFERENCE ROOMS
This project explores two meeting-room formats: a light, contemporary executive room and a larger boardroom with warmer tones. Both are built around substantial engineered bamboo tables, integrated cable management and coordinated storage, creating professional spaces that feel composed, durable and welcoming.
The meeting spaces needed to project a calm, professional identity while supporting long sessions, hybrid meetings and everyday team use. The furniture package had to balance generous tabletop proportions, comfortable circulation, clean cable routing and a consistent material language.
We developed custom engineered bamboo conference tables with softened corners, robust center bases and discreet power-access zones. Coordinated seating, storage and neutral finishes keep the visual focus on the natural bamboo grain while preserving the precision expected in executive workspaces.
DESIGN LANGUAGE
Three key details support comfort, organization and a consistent premium workspace character.
Wide work surfaces, softened edges and substantial central supports give the table a confident presence while maintaining comfortable circulation.
Flush access panels and central cable channels keep power, data and presentation connections close at hand without disrupting the clean tabletop.
Low storage, wall finishes and chair details are coordinated with the conference table to create a more unified and architectural room composition.
