Three reception desks can share a bamboo-led appearance without being the same order. A front counter, staff work surface, curved enclosure and optional lighting need to belong to a named version. Otherwise the selected photograph and the quoted configuration can drift apart.

The existing Green Bamboo Space references give a useful shortlist. Their project options are described separately, so a buyer should keep them separate while requesting alternatives.
What each published reference actually describes
The Modern Bamboo Reception Desk records a two-person workstation reference with a front customer counter and staff-side work surface. The front image does not establish the full staff-side arrangement; the selected project drawing remains the reference.
The Curved Fluted Bamboo Reception Desk places the curved front and vertical fluted expression at the center of the design. Radius, staff opening and internal functions are developed around the project.
The Modern Engineered Bamboo Reception Desk records a lower staff worktop and raised visitor transaction counter. Straight, L-shaped, U-shaped or project-specific layouts are directions for review, not a set of supplied desks within one price.
Give each alternative its own identity
If the curved reference is preferred visually but the other model has a useful storage arrangement, show the storage as a requested modification. Keep the chosen exterior reference visible on that proposal.
Use a version name for each alternative and attach its own marked plan. Changing a curve or return panel can change the outline being quoted. A label such as “same desk, different shape” does not explain whether the staff worktop, top material and internal compartments have stayed the same.
Compare the offer against the reference
| Starting reference | Published design direction | Item to identify in its quote |
|---|---|---|
| Modern reception desk | Two-person reference with visitor counter and staff work surface | Agreed staff arrangement and internal layout |
| Curved fluted desk | Curved enclosure and vertical front detailing | Selected radius, opening and countertop |
| Engineered bamboo reception desk | Raised transaction counter and lower staff worktop | Selected straight, L, U or project-specific version |
| Optional lighting or equipment | Separate project review | Named fittings, supply responsibility and agreed inclusion |
An option mentioned on a product page is not an approval for every combination. Electrical fittings require their own selected specification and responsibility; no product photograph establishes the approval of a complete electrical installation.
Send a shortlist that can be priced clearly
Use the reception workflow guide for the staff and visitor arrangement. For the quotation itself, send each chosen reference with target footprint, staffing, equipment list, material and finish direction, quantity and destination.
The offer should point back to one version and list unresolved alternatives. Request a reception desk discussion with those references. Price, feasibility, minimum quantity, sampling and delivery timing remain project decisions; the shortlist helps make them about a defined desk rather than a style name.
