A furniture collection page can show several drawer chests together. For an order, the buyer still needs to identify which variant is wanted and how many of that variant should be supplied. A collection image is not a three-piece package unless the quotation explicitly defines it that way.

The decision comes before room quantities are added up. Otherwise a line reading “chest of drawers, ten units” can leave several different products open for interpretation.
Start with a model or a named collection variant
The Modern Bamboo 5-Drawer Chest provides a vertical five-drawer reference with integrated recessed pulls. Drawer configuration and hardware can be reviewed for the project, but requested changes should stay identifiable.
The Bamboo Chest of Drawers Collection records three-, four- and five-drawer design directions. These need separate selected configurations. The page does not establish one common outer size, drawer interior or supplied set covering every illustrated variant.
Do not let a finish name replace a variant name
Two chests can share an approved bamboo tone while having different overall proportions and drawer arrangements. Keep the drawing reference attached to the selected variant instead of grouping all items under “same natural finish.”
For a proposed bedroom program, the procurement team can assign its own clear labels to the chosen directions. Use those labels consistently on the offer and room schedule. The labels are project identifiers, not new supplier model numbers or evidence that a configuration has already been approved.
Build the order as separate variant rows
| Selection | Information to identify | Quantity to state |
|---|---|---|
| Five-drawer product reference | Agreed version of the named product and its drawing | Number of complete chests |
| Three-drawer collection direction | Selected layout, dimensions and drawing reference | Number of this variant |
| Four-drawer collection direction | Its own selected layout and hardware | Number of this variant |
| Five-drawer collection direction | Its own selected proportions and finish reference | Number of this variant |
| Unselected alternatives | Marked as comparison options | Not added to the confirmed order |
Only selected alternatives should become order quantities. If a quotation offers a complete collection, ask it to define the number and identity of the complete furniture items within that collection.
Keep storage planning and order identity connected
The drawer-storage guide explains how to review folded clothing and usable drawer space. That functional brief belongs to a specific chosen variant; it should not be silently applied to every chest in the collection.
Discuss a bamboo drawer-chest order with the product links, selected variant rows, target sizes, finish direction, quantities and destination. Final hardware, loading evidence, required safety provisions, packing and delivery terms remain project-specific. A clear variant list makes the quotation and later approval about the same furniture.
